The Healthcare packages offered by Bless Health Care in association with the premier Healthcare providers and the health care facilitation services will be provided on the following Terms and Conditions.

Medical Evaluation and Quotation Estimate :
After receiving the medical history and diagnostic medical test reports from you Bless Health Care would forward your query and the medical reports to the specialist doctor / surgeon and the specialty hospitals. Bless Health Care suggests you to ask the Doctor all the questions you may have, during the pre arrival consultations. The initial two health care consultations would be complementary and you and the Healthcare professional are under no obligation until after your pre-treatment consultation. Any further consultations would be chargeable as US$ 36 for upto three consults.

Bless Health Care reminds you that all kind of Healthcare procedures, surgical or otherwise carry certain risks and therefore you and the Healthcare professional have to agree about the anticipated outcome of the procedure to be undertaken.

After the initial two pre-treatment consultations and evaluation of medical records, Bless Health Care would quote you the cost of the procedure as provided by the health care provider doctor, surgeon or hospital. The quotation would include only the services detailed in it. If any non-predicted costs appear after the face-to-face consultations and subsequent pre-treatment medical examination or in diagnostic reports once you are in India, they will be properly detailed in order to obtain your authorization and consent. Before the procedure you are required to sign an authorization to debit from your credit card any exceptional non-predicted costs during or after the procedure according to the individual rules and regulations of the health care providers. Bless Health Care is not a health care provider, nor do we suggest or recommend any health care providers.

The function of Bless Health Care is as a concierge services provider and a faclitator for the travel and stay- accomodation arrangements for your health care travel to India.

ADVANCE DEPOSITS: After providing the facilitation services package cost quotes and your confirmation, you would need to send the advance deposits of 40% of the total package cost to book your desired dates. You will have to deposit the balance 60% of the total package cost quoted to you immediately after your arrival in India, prior to the procedure.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation charges of 20% of the total package cost would be applicable if the health care travel is cancelled by you prior to your arrival in India. A cancellation charge of 40% is applicable if you cancel the health care facilitation package after your arrival in India. If the health care procedure or the facilitation services are cancelled by the health care provider or by Bless Health Care then the entire advance deposit paid by you would be refunded back to you.

REFUNDS: In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance as mentioned above) The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due to banking transfer process.

Privacy:
Use of the Fertility Treatments Abroad.com is governed by our privacy policy.

Illegal/Unauthorized Use of The Website:
Illegal and /or unauthorized uses of this site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the site will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

Indemnity:

Discrepancies:
In case of Medical discrepancy or conflict for imputability of malpractice carried out by the patient, all the concerned parties establish and agree that all judicial action must be carried out by the patient towards the medical services provider professional - doctor or a surgeon and / or the healthcare services provider center - clinic or a hospital only within the jurisdiction of the State of Delhi, India, and that action will not be extended towards Fertility Treatments Abroad.com , it’s managing company Bless Health Care Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. or any of it’s directors and employees since it is a company that puts at the disposition of the patient different professional options through listing their services without exercising medicine professionally.

Disputes:
If there is any dispute about or involving the website and/or the service, by using this web site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Delhi, India without regard to it’s conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and central courts of New Delhi, India.
